Originally founded in 1993 by John Cummins and Thomas Canepa as Canepa & Cummins, P.C., the firm has built its staff on attorneys who not only have a practical business perspective but who have practical business experience in non-legal roles.  Our attorneys have been Shareholders, Directors, Presidents, and Chief Financial Officers of a number of small- to medium-sized businesses.  We apply that experience to assist our clients with their bottom line results.
